Simsara Farm Western Australia

Suzanne had only just begun to get serious about writing up descriptions for each of the cattle she had decided to find new homes for the whole Gold Creek Galloway herd when Sara Cairns first contacted her in 2025. Not a woman to mess around, by late March 2026, Sara and Simon Cairns had a small starter herd of Gold Creek Miniature White Galloway therapy cattle safely settled into their new home in Western Australia.

Back in 2025, after speaking extensively with Sara and Simon, Suzanne knew she had found the right people to take on her most prized therapy cattle. Simon and Sara are passionate animal lovers, and they share a clear dream: to raise their children on a farm, living organically and as self-sustainably as possible. That dream became real for them in 2020, when they purchased a 100-acre farm in Gidgegannup, later expanding by purchasing the neighbouring property to double the farm’s size. From the start, Simsara Farm was built on careful research and intentional choices, especially when it came to breeds. Knowing all of this made what was a very difficult decision for Suzanne just that little bit easier.

Simsara Farm is just outside of Gidgegannup, north of Perth, WA.
